I know what you are going through. I went throught it and spent lots of time on my knees praying. I have to say it really was the answer. Knowing that God loves our children and grandchildren more then we do (that hard to figure out) lol and that His hand of protection is around them. I received great peace!!!!

I just become a grandma March 2, my daughter lives 2 hrs away. I how that is not that far away, but it seem like now she lives thousands of mile away.. I grew up with my mom in the same little town and she was always there for me. It's not easy wanting to see her and my grandson each and every day now. But I know she knows that when I can't be there, she and my precious grandson and son-in-law are always with me in my heart.

my daughter lives 200 miles away from me and has had 4 children. the first 2 were twins which she gave birth to at 24 weeks we lost them both. its so hard when theyre so far away all you can do is make sure they know your there when they need u. lots off calls msn web cams technology is an amazing thing however nothing really replaces that need to be there for them. i was at the birth of her third child and made sure i taken enough time of work and made arrangements for the rest of my family so i was there exclusively for her and the baby for at least two weeks as i have done with all my daughters even the ones that live a lot closer. wish i could say theres a magic way to make you feel better but as a loving parent myself the truth is theres not..

I liv in Ilinois my daughter was in Georgia when she was pregnant just out of Emory U (22yrs old).
It was dificult, at first she was kind of put back by my wanting to know everything, but as she got larger and had more syptoms and side effects, she welcomed all my call and concerns..I thought about her constantly and cried allot I still do..But she is MY baby and allways will be...
