I also have a 4 year old , a10 year old,24 25,and28 year old. My older kids always want me to baby sit their kids sene I have a child thier kids age.I get tired can anyone give me some advise on what I should do?

Boundaries my friend. Your older kids could be thinking that you really enjoy having your grandkids over and wouldn't mind. They don't realize the strain that an added 4 year old can bring to your day.
Communicate certain days of the week that you need to yourself to ensure no surprises.
Ask that they first contact each other to babysit and use you only as a last resort.
Explain your tiredness and lack and energy
Let them know that you want to feel it is okay to say no without them taking it personally. That you won't always feel up to being able to say "yes".
Being more available to all of them puts you at a disadvantage of feeling either guilty or very tired , if you say no but having less grandparent one on one time to spend with them. You are feeling robbed because you are not getting time to be both the best mother and grandmother that you can be.
