hi, i am a 42yr old mother with a 9yr old that has down syndrome and kleinfelter syndrome,i nedd some info if anyone can help me my son had a bone xray done on his hand and wrist and it came back as him having bones of a 11 1/2 - 13yr old they perscribed him medication to prolong the bone growth but the insurance wont cover it,is there anyone else who is having this problem or anyone who nows ways around insurance companys to get them to pay for this medicine that he need.

Dear Susan, My name is Billie Jo and I have a daughter that has Triple X syndrome. On the same line as klienfelters but for girls.She has an extra X. Did you try to get on state insurance. My daughter{Clover Mae} is eligible because of her diagnosis. I'm sure with both syndromes he should qualify. I hope this helps out some.
