my 16 yr old son and his 16 yr old gf just had a baby girl 2 months ago- her mom wont let my son see his daughter (I am disabled and we had to move back to my home state due to my health) and is doing everything she can to keep her daughter (who wants to be with my son and allow the baby to be part of our lives) from visiting my family or allowing my son to visit them. do we have any legal rights? advice pls

Your son has the same legal rights as any other father. Take the woman to court for access rights. She has no authority to deny you or your son access. I dont know what the legal age for consent is where you are. Things could get messy if she really wanted to be a cow. In the UK legal age of consent is 16 so if she was pregnant before the family could sue for rape! It is however unlikely to get a conviction as your son is of similar age. Just check out legally where you stand and then make a claim.
