My Daughter is making Bad chocies

I have a 21 year old daughter who has a 3 month old son. I have tired everything to help her out, but she choose's to be with a man who is 25, has no job and is drunk and a pill popper. i have been stressed out for more then a year with her. I finally had to throw her out because she could not follow my rules and expected me to do everything for her, while her man did nothing. God only knows how hard that was for me, i cryed myself to sleep. know i have found out he is hitting her, and has her staying with a bunch of drunks and drug user's. I don't know what to do? I'm so afraid for the baby, I don't know if I should just take him, can i do that? I just need someone's advice.

Hi. If I was in your situation I would find out if you could get custody of your grandson and if not what the options are to get him out that environment. Unfortunately you cant help your daughter anymore than you have done already, she needs to do this for herself. Just let her know if she is prepared to get help you would be there for her. Its an awful situation to be in and i hope things work out for you.
