I am a first time mom of a 3 month old girl, and will be moving to Barrhaven. I am looking for other moms in the neighbourhood to connect with, perhaps go for regular walk now that the weather is warming up.

Are you still looking for some mom to connect with? My son's age is very close to your daughter. He is 13 months now. I'm up for regular walk.

i don't have any great advice,but have you looked at your local newspaper? some towns publish their own paper you may find info there or call the local town hall and ask if they are aware of any play groups might be somewhere to start.good luck
