I live in the southeast, kent. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old starting school in January. I would like to start meeting some new mums in my area. I had really bad post-natal depression with my first child and due to his prematurity, never got to any classes or meet other mums-to-be. With my second child, classes weren't even offered so still didn't meet people going through the same stages. Never really got the confidence back to meet new people so would love some help here.

Hey, I don't live in Kent either but happy to talk online! :-) I have a 2 year old and 5 year old (starting year 1 in September) I never had PND but suffer from anxiety which makes socializing difficult. I tried counselling a few months ago and it worked wonders for me, maybe that could be an option for you?
Have you got any SureStart Centers near you? I take my little boy while my daughter is at school, he gets play time with other children and I actually get adult conversation for a portion of my day, check it out. :-)

Hi I dont live in kent but we can chat on here I have a little gurl who is 4 and a 3week old.baby boy its a shame u had to go through that I think I had postnatal depression when I had my little
Girl a few days after having my son I sufferd a panick attack and been suffering with anxiety ever since which is strange but seems to be getting better every day which is good do you work ir are you a stay at home mum xx
