I hate completing offers and stuff and looking for places to shop online only to find out that it is for US citizens only! It is so aggravating especially while trying to shop for items I see in magazines that I might like for my family.
Anyone else get ticked about this?

Yes! I buy NW (to be fair its an Australian mag), their have been times where I have come across items of clothing that I really like that have been advertised by chain stores, only to find that those chain stores that are here in New Zealand, only stock the items in their Australian stores. If that makes sense
