As Salam Alikum Sister
You can try to make the food look fun and appetizing, Have you had her checked out by a doctor , if she is anemic she might not feel hungry but tired . Also does she drink enough liquids to stay hydrated.

Give her pediasure to drink to make sure she is getting nutrients, also offer little snacks and bites all day, some small children don't eat much at regular mealtimes but prefer eating a little here and there, as long as she's getting a healthy variety. My mother in law is from Jordan and always wanted my children to be chubby, she thought that was a healthy baby. But everything I read suggests that your child will stop eating when full and you shouldn't force more. Now my daughters are in middle school and slim and healthy. A chubby baby might lead to an overweight child, and this is what causes health problems when they become adults. Ask her doctor if he is worried, but definately make sure she is getting right amount of nutrients needed to grow properly.

My son,he is 4.5, did the same thing- he actually ate well, mashalla, and was not picky, he went through a phase where he just did not eat much of anything-
I just continued to offer him healthy choices- I also offered him mores snacks throughout the day. This way I made sure he got enough nutrients. In shalla you will find what works, I think the biggest thing is not to force them to eat but encourage-

Hi, i know what your concerns are. My eldest daughter was just the same. The first two/three years of her life, she would eat little food and not properly. my daughter would mostly just eat what she really liked, if we gave her anything else then she would not eat it. You just have to be very patient with her .. how old is she?
