I have a 4 year old with mild Ataxic/hypotonic CP. Lately she has been doing things to get attention or try to manipulate. ie spitting out food and then saying she is hungry or accusing others of hurting her when nothing happened. She does not seem to understand that the things she's doing is bad. When she gets in trouble she smiles and laughs about it. I feel like we spend more time reprimanding her than giving her positive reinforcement. We are very frustrated with her right now and are looking for help. I think that part of her problem is fatigue. The more tired she gets the worse her behavior is. She refuses to take naps anymore though. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
