Hi, my name is Christina, and I have an eight month old little girl. She is black and white mixed. She has great hair, it is soft like mine, but thick like her daddy, but I have no idea where the curls came from. I was just wondering if anyone had ideas for hair styles, other than plats and twist, pig tails and ponytails?

Hi Christina,
If she has curls don't do the pig tals, or ponytails, just put bows and hand bands. I also I suggest to look in hairstyles books, that may help alot.

lol...she sounds like she has my hair. Well, you gotta remember that shes still young so right now you want to do styles where the hair isnt pulling at the scalp. That last thing we want is her hair coming out. The things that you listed were great and the best thing about them is that you can do different variations of all of them. for ex. half hair up in pony, half hair done. Save the real styles when shes a little older. also, try looking online for different hair styles for babies. :)
