I did mommy n me yoga walked and breastfeeding helps shrink your uterus and drinking water I lost 50 lbs in a yr I now weigh less than before pregnancy even

IF U PUSH UR PUSHCHAIR WITH JUST THE TIPS OF UR FINGERS N GO ON A POWER WALK ITS GREAT EXERCISE , YOGA N PILATES R GREAT 2 , DANCING AND SWIMMING IS THE BEST KIND OF EXERCISE ,

Hello, five c-sections later I wish I had the magic cure but I don't! lol You got great advice from the other ladies here, walking, pilates and watch what you eat. I definitely find when I do my pilates it makes a huge difference.

take the baby for a power walk in the push chair, get a yoga dvd, swiss balls are good as well, i have a wii personal trainer game that works really well for me, and just dance is a fun game to lose weight ur to bust having fun to notice a work out, i put on mtv or the raido and dance round the front room!

Walk!! Your pram is so much better than any gym! Its free & you can also spend time with the kids. Walking will also tone your thighs, butt, arms & your tummy. I walk every day & eat well. Even if its just a walk around the block! Get a few Mums together & make it a social event, the kids love it! And you will end up with an amazingly toned body, your confidence will soar!!
