You need to start interviewing doctors now. Some advice with that (I have had one vaginal, one section, one preterm, one VBAC and am expecting my next VBAC in 4 weeks): 1) Do NOT go with a doctor that is ANYTHING less than totally, absolutely supportive of VBAC. If there is even a HINT of hesitancy, RUN! 2) I would suggest starting with a University hospital. MOST university hospitals LOVE VBACS, because they are used to dealing with high risks Moms (I personally don't agree that VBAC is high risk but ACOG does so, you play the hand you are dealt) AND they WANT their students and residents to see VBACs. I know, students and residents can be a pain but you have to pick your battles. The fact that you have had one successful VBAC and the reasons for the sections were not because of your body, I believe, makes you a great canidate for anither trial of labor. IMHO, anyway.

sorry... more info... My first little boy was presenting his head face down, I dilated fully but it became dangerous for him, meaning an emergency section. My second section was due to the cord coming down before the baby, leading to another emergency section. My second child was a perfect labour and he came out naturally and all was well. On both sections I dialted fully and was at pushing stage before the problems arised. I have looked on many links and they all tend to say it depends on your doctor !! so I was just wondering if any one else had been in the same situation...my youngest child is now three... thanks again

it really depends on what caused the c-sections...lots of women have vaginal deliveries after c sections (where they were told they would always have to have c sections) more information would be helpful here
