Hi, we will be moving to WA in Dec and I have a 5 y/o girl. Maybe they can be buddies?

I can relate I just became a foster parent to my 2yr old nephew and it is hard for him to make friends also and I have 2 older kids. I live in Carrol's Creek in Smokey Point
