Does anyone have any suggestions on where you can go for prenatal yoga? This is our first baby and I am told that it is a great thing to do, but I have no idea where to go. I live in the midtown area.

I know my hospital (Tx Women's) offered this among all the pre-natal classes and stuff. You can also check at Woman's Work in Rice village, they often have info on this kinda stuff. Congratulations and enjoy this wonderful time.

I actually started going there last saturday for prenatal yoga. I live in midtown but teach out in CyFair...so I know that commute very well. So far I have gone only on saturdays as I was too tired the first week back to school to go during the week. The place is very nice and the instructor was more than willing to give me a few extra stretches for my most recent aches and pains. So far so good.

Check out the Motherhood center of Houston. It was too far from me since I live in CyFair, but I wanted to try it.
