Night terrors in children

During a night terror, Your child isn’t fully awake. But he will appear terrified, and he may cry, scream in distress, or mumble. After it is over, a child simply calms down and returns to sleep. Unlike nightmares, which kids often remember, kids won't have any memory of a night terror the next day because they were in deep sleep when it happened — and there are no mental images to recall. They may last between 5-30mins long.
