Hi welcome to Non-traditional Moms!! This community is for Moms and families who have decided to raise there children in non-traditional ways. After numerous parenting classes while pregnant, all of which have diffrent ideas on how to do things, we decided there was no right and wrong way to do things. That it all depends on you, your child, and the combined personality. What works for one may not for another. We decided the most important thing about raising our children was to make them well rounded and to teach them to question everything (except what Mommy and Daddy tell them) LOL! Alot of times that is the only way to learn. Please feel free to share any ideas, questions, comments, or suggestions!!!

Well....I live with my "Partner" and his son and my dog. Been 2gether almost 5 years. Not married, offically. I am "disabiled" n a student.

dont know if we qulifiy.

bi-racial, non-married, single mothers or fathers, uncle or aunt raising children, adopted, large or blended, families that practice un traditional religions or practices... etc.
