My fiance and I were in the same group of friends in highshool. I didn't pay much attention to him during school though, he was a computer nerd and I was a drama kid.
The May after we graduated (2005) we first got together. He had big dreams and so did I! He was planning on living in Austraila for a year like his older brother and I was going to be an Army Officer.
Things got pretty serious, pretty fast. We broke up in September because he felt we were getting too close and he wouldn't achieve his dreams if he stayed with me. I has heartbroken, and made some dumb decisions! He heard of my decisions and has hurt. Two weeks later we got together and talked. We decided to give it another go, because neither of us were happy without the other.
Well soon I had a friend's little sister calling and telling me that he was saying things at parties, like we weren't really together, he just felt bad for me. Ohh boy did it drive the 18 year old me CRAZY. I tried to convince him to stop hanging out with these "friends" and well that never works does it?
So we broke up again. Two months later his best friend comes up to me in the bar and tells me that he got the friend's sister pregnant! I laughed in his face and said "So much for Austraila!" I'm pretty sure I almost got the friend's drink thrown on me, but it was my Tough Girl response. I was destroyed.
So fast foreward....
June 2006 my step daughter was born to her 17 year old mom and my (then) 20 year old fiance.
New Years 2008 they break up.
Summer 2008 me and my fiance start talking again. By september we were living together.
May 2009 he proposed to me!
Nov 2009 I find out I'm expecting!
And this is my relationship story!
