Hi NoVa Mommies! What city are you in?

Hi All! I am new to the NoVA area, and currently live in Arlington, but I am right on the border of Arlington/Alexandria/Falls Church. I have an 8 year old boy, a 4 year old boy (my stepson, but he lives with his mom in Ohio) and another lil guy on the way! I am looking to meet moms in the area, preferably with school age children, but younger kids are ok too, since the new lil man is going to need friends also! Looking forward to hearing from some local moms!

Posting again, since I hadn't paid attention since I posted a while ago. Our little girl came on June 10th. I can't believe it's been 6 weeks. We didn't know what we were having so the excitment was huge when she was born.
I know it is early for her to really "play" with a play group, but I am not returning to work for at least ehr first year and would love to meet some moms who are also staying at home. I will be watching a 14 month old starting in september. If interested drop a message here (promise I'll check regularly) or on facebook. I'm in the Vienna area, but we could always find a central location.

Hi Everyone...I just joined! I live in Purcellville which is off the 7 about 10 miles West of Leesburg. Small Town, compared to where I moved from which is Mission Viejo, CA (Orange County). I have one child, Alexandra who is 4.
No worries, I figured your child is too young. I thought mostly to get some moms introduced to other moms, then eventually our children could actually play together when they're up and moving about. If anyone is interested in starting a group, please email me firstname.lastname@example.org and please add me as a friend on Facebook.

Sleeping through the night? HA! LOL. He still get's up 2-3 times a night. We did have a good night last night! He only got up once! He's turning 6 months on Feb. 12... and is still only taking 4ozs every bottle and feeds every 2.5-3hours. We just recently started giving him one bowl of rice cereal at night before bath time. So i'm with you, i'm hoping the solids will get him through the night longer.

We're still working on sleeping through the night. Will is just like me-he's a grazer-and only just started drinking full 8 oz bottles last week! I'm hoping that the combination of that and the solids he's eating he'll start sleeping through soon. Is Nathaniel?
