My husband says only every two or three days because they are too young for everyday baths. He says it is bad for them. I understand a new born but this confuses me.

I bathe my 22 month old every other day as long as he his not really dirty and then I will give him one on an "off" day and my 7 month old gets one every 3 days but she will get one if she is a mess on her "off" days.It really all depends on how messy your children get too. Some children are really messy eaters and sometimes need a bath every day.

Bubs always sleep better after a warm relaxing bath hence the reason we did it twice a day with our daughter. (morning, night) we still do it till this day. she's now 21 months.

This is a general rule I've followed. I bathe my toddler every other day unless she gets really dirty, sweaty, or decides to use her hair as a landing strip for her fork, then she gets bathed as needed.
Some children have sensitive skin and can not tolerate daily bathing. Do what you feel is best for your child.
