my daughter turned 2 on the 1st. we got her potty last Christmas. she acts like she's rdy, goes and gets new diapers wen she's wet and lays down after bringing it to me, and says pee everytime she's wet or grabs her booty wen she needs changed. i've got her to use her potty 3 times, but that was months ago. she refuses to sit on it now.. idk how to fix it.. but i got her big girl panties the potty training absorbing ones. thinking those would help to let her feel that its not a good feeling to be wet... idk if it did any good. lol. also try to have her sit down everytime i go and tell her to go potty like mama. lol. she likes to do everything i do. i take off her diaper wen she sits down, and give her a lil bit of tp to wipe w/ wen she's done, since she sees me, even if she doesnt go. she likes to do like me haha. hope some of my ideas might help :)

i have a potty set up in our bathroom, and when i go, she walks in with me and sits on hers. i dont take her diaper off or anything yet, but i tell her 'ok time to push the pee out!' and give her diaper a pat afterward to see if she did. the more we do it the more successes we have. afterwards i give her a huge hug and lots of kisses regardless of if she peed and sometimes we eat m&m's (but not every time, i didnt want to breed food anxiety). it seems to be working. i think the more she watches the more she understands so dont be shy about bringing her in with you.
