Anyone else miss being pregnant????

NO. I love my daughter, and I love my daughter growing inside me, but pregnancy is a journey for me. It's uncomfortable, it makes me slow, it makes me not think straight, it makes me gain weight, it makes me break out, it makes me very sensitive, it makes me forget, amongst other things, so yes I like the end result, healthy beautiful baby, but it's a journey...I see others pregnant and I just see them. Congrats to them, pray they have no complications....

Yes! it feels like everyone is prego and i just want to touch them lol. i loved the feeling of having a little one growing inside me. my husband and i are thinking of having another one soon. i am sorry you have to wait but you need to take care of your body first so the next one will also be healthy.

I miss the hard belly, I just now have that extra baby weight. I can't wait for it to stay warm that way I can get ride of it

i feel the same way...my son turned 4 months on the 16th and i miss being pregnant...when i see other pregnant women on tv or when we are out doing errands, i feel jealous. or when i'm laying in bed at night and i miss feeling the little kicks and other movements..i know we will have more and i know that right now is not the right time for us, and i love watching my son grow and turn into this amazing little person. i still wish we could have another now.

I loved being pregnant too I just had my last baby last year he is nearly 5 months old and dont want anymore but will miss that wonderful feeling of my baby moving

i also had a very hard delivery, i tore in two different places and had to use the forceps, but i can't wait til i'm pregnant again. i'm not trying right now cuz i want to enjoy carsen, but if it was to happen i would be over joyed. i see pictures of me and my big belly and i miss it, and the crazy thing is i'm skinnier now than before i got pregnant, but i still want my big belly.

I don't miss it as I am VERY much enjoying watching my lil girl grow up.  But on the other hand my much younger husband (I'm 34 and he's 27) would like at least one more and preferrably a couple years apart....so looks like we might be trying toward the end of this year...???  We are also planning a real wedding for our families in August 2010, so the baby would have to be born before then or we'll just have to wait till after..LOL

Wow...I look back at pregnancy now & realize just how flipping miserable I was. At the time, I would tell people how lucky I was to be having such a great pregnancy, & I did LOVE feeling her move, but...I threw up at least 2x/day every day, had horrible heartburn from the moment of conception on, and had a terrible bout with sciatica from 28-33 wks. At the time, I was just so thrilled to finally BE pregnant, that it never occurred to me to complain. I'm an L&D nurse, & I worked FT nights right up until I delivered, and walked my dogs 2 miles every day...but it did get pretty hard at the end.

Now, my labor & her birth...THAT I would happily do again in a heartbeat..I had a fairly short labor, and only pushed 5 times...it was the most incredible day of my life. I loved the feeling of her coming out...and that moment she was laid on my belly...nothing could ever compare to that total, overwhelming joy I felt...words are inadequate to convey the emotion!

I know exactly how you feel...well...if I can have the complications and horrible sickness. I know a couple people who are pregnant and I miss the excitement of feeling the first movement, the attention, and just the experience. When I had my baby I wanted to get pregnant again quickly...lol now I know I can wait awhile. I love just having the three of us now, but now and then I do miss being pregnant when I see other pregnant people or hear of recent births. I'm afraid though the next time I get pregnant labor wouldn't be as smooth as it was last time. I think I was given a break during labor because I was horribly sick throughout the whole pregnancy and that last month was just plain horrible lol. I know I'm going off on another world but I find it funny how ppl gave me so many horror stories especially when they heard I was getting induced that when it happened...it wasn't as bad as they made it seem...anywho...that was all :D

Yes! i am feeling the exact same way. My son is now 4 1/2 months, but ever since he was born i have wanted another one. I have 7 friends that are due this summer!! I love my son to death, and i loved the way pregnancy fit me ( i was never sick, always "glowing", i only gained 12 pounds, and to feel a baby kick you is such an awesome feeling)!

omg yes!! a few  of my friends have had babies w/in the last month and another one is due this summer...makes me want another baby, even though carson just turned 4months on the 7th.
