I have a little girl who will be 2 November 20th and my little boy will be 1 in November 29th, I am having due to have yet another little none Nov. 22nd. Crazy I know right?!! So as nice as it would be to give both of them their own birthday parties I need to do one big one together since I will be expecting a new bundle of joy around tha time. Does anyone have any ideas of a theme I could do for them both since it is a boy and a girl birthday party? I just haven't found anything that I like. Any ideas would be helpful...I know all of you are getting ready to start planning 1st birthday partys :) thanks!!

Do they...or you have any favorite movies? I had a friend who just did a Toy Story themed party and everyone dressed up as Toy Story characters. They also had a pirates and princess party. Good luck!!

An animal themed birthday party in general would be gender neutral. A water/ocean theme would be as well. I've seen a lot of frog/duck themes for baby showers where the sex was unknown. I usually find my ideas on the internet, just search like gender neutral birthday parties. You could even still do two themes but incorporate them together, like prince/princesses.

Hey Congratulations, you're certainly going to be busy in November!! My son is 1 in November and we are thinking of holding a Teddy Bear's Picnic Party. I know it's November and we won't be able to hold it outside, but a rug on the floor inside would be just as great and all their little friends could bring along their favourite teddy bear or dress as teddies. You could have teddy shaped biscuits and honey or marmalade sandwiches (like pooh bear and paddington bear), I love planning birthday parties!
