My son has started a new routine of pooping right after I put him down for a nap, and 50/50 of the time at bed time. Does anyone elses child do this?

It is driving me nuts. I have tried putting him down in a diaper and in underwear. Doesn't matter he still poops. Just today I put him down in just a t-shirt. He stood up and called to me to go potty. This happened twice. The first time he didn't go, but the second time he did! Maybe I have found the line he won't cross--going in his bed with nothing on. We will see how this goes. In the meantime I am praying his body rhythms will change!! Other moms I know said time was the only thing that worked. There again I need to pray I don't lose it before he grows out of doing this. One friend said turning four was the magic number for her daughter who would hold it so long she would get compacted. Keep hope alive. Things wil change. God is familiar with all of our ways and those of our children.

Sorry Sheena can't help you with that one, have you tried changing his nap time by let's say 30 mins? I don't know if that would help but it's worth a shot.
