My son lost his 5 month old sister(my daughter) to SIDS 6 months ago, 5 days before his second birthday. The day after his birthday was his funeral. Has anyone else gone through this at all? For a while he was acting up alot but we were all very distraught. He seems better now... I wonder if he still misses her. Or if he even remembers her?

We Lost our Beautiful Little Man in 2009 he was only 2 months old. His older 2 sisters were 4 and one and a half at the time. It hit our oldest daughter the hardest at first, and still to this day she breaks down and says she misses her brother. Our other daughter Now crys about him and misses him heaps. Its hard when a child loses a sibling, and as a parent its harder watching your chirldren's heart ache so much for them. We take our girls out to see him every chance we get. They buy him teddies and sit and talk to him. I Love that my gilrs remember their brother and always talk about him. If you bring out photos or talk about her to your son you might find he still does remember her.
