Now I know that I am in an Australian summer but Ethan is my third little one and I've never known anyone to have so many 'night' sweats..happens like every time he sleeps! Often within minutes of falling asleep he has a puddle around his head (always the head, go figure!). Just wondering if anyone else has a sweaty baby?

My daughter does the same thing, always has. Her temp also drops dramatically afterwards... the sweating stops within 1-2 hrs of falling asleep, but her body temp stays low thru the night. Never have figured out why. Would love to know!

So does my son. As soon as he falls asleep he starts sweating.

yes my number 4th does he is 13 months he's always been a sweaty baby no matter what.But more so when he is asleep.He sleeps with very little on and still sweats dont know why either.It doesnt bother him though.

my daughter was the same weather hot or cold weather she wud sweat so much it was horrible but when i told my health vistitor she said it's normal .

My son Erich seems to always be hot and sweaty at night. The only reason I could come up with is that he is teething really bad and has been running a temop with that.

YES I HAVE A SWEATY BABY TOO I MEAN THE PILLOW OR THE BED BE SOAKING WET..I WNDER WHAT THAT COMES FROM BECAUSE HER FATHER SWEATS LIKE THAT ALSO CAN IT BE IN THE GENES FROM SOMEONE IN THE FAMILY?

I have a sweaty baby too, but her dad is very sweaty as well. They are both clammy.
I remember as a young girl my hair/head would always sweat as well. My hair was never thick so I'm not sure what it was from??
