How many teeth does your baby have?

My baby turned 13 months yesterday and has only two bottom teeth. No sign of any others. When we asked our Pediatrician when to start worrying he said he once had a baby that reached 17 months with no teeth. But they all came in eventually.

My son turned 1 on Nov. 11 and he only has 4 teeth. 2 on top and 2 on bottom. I'm not feeling any more bumps in his gums or anything. I've been told that the longer it takes for their baby teeth to come in, the better protected their adult teeth are later in life. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but it sounds true. lol

my son just turned one ( the 18th) and he only has his bottom two.. which i think makes its more difficult to feed him solids but his doc said there was nothing wrong with that.. the longer it takes for the teeth to come in the healthier they will be.. which makes since they arent exposed to as much.

my 11 month old son has 12 teeth!!!! he got the first 2 when he was 2 months. 3 and 4 just before he was 4 months. by the time he was 6 months he has 8. 10 months he has 10 and he has recently got 11 and 12...thank god he has been really good teething, hasnt seemed to give him much pain... the most painful ones for him were 11 and 12, but he has been rather good with them too, never complained that much =)

I feel so much better now! My son is going to be 1 year on Nov 20th and he still has only 2 teeth on the bottom!! I keep thinking that his top teeth are coming through but then nothing...I feel bad because I could definitely give him some better stuff to eat if he just had teeth!

My daugther born 11/26 has 4 teeth. 2 up and 2 down. Now my first one had ALL of her baby teeth by her first birthday. I dont get it... but they are very different. Maybe someone is just trying to spare me. I couldn't breastfeed my 1st but this one I am breastfeeding...and it was much simpler without teeth. :-)

Hi!-My daughter is 11 mos old she just gt her two bottom teeth in in the beginning of the month and the third one just came in about a week ago, her fourth has not broken through but I can see that her gums are swollen. I too was worried about her teething because my son who's 3 got all his teeth in before he was 1... so teething will come when it comes there's no need t worry or question it. I was just like that but her doc told me it's ok.

He now as 14 teeth all together. His top 2 i teeth came through a week ago, and now he is getting ready to cut another molar on the bottom! People keep telling me at least it will be over and done with by his first birthday at this rate!
