My 3 yr old goes to bed between 7-8pm, wakes up at midnite-1am full of energy and ready to play. Some night only up for an hour other nights 4 hours. His doctor & friends told us to give him melatonin which seems to help him go to sleep but not sleep through the night.
He usually only takes one -two naps a week. Any one else having this issue and what helped you?
