my son is 15 months old and eats everything i make for him, but i'm running out of ideas. he is not a picky kid at all, he eats chicken. vegetables, fruit literally anything i put in front of him he'll eat. i was just wondering what some other moms out there fed their little ones. he eats adult food and has since about 9 months so since then i've had a hard time with making him lunches. thank you in advance for all your help

I have a hard time with lunch too. One suggestion I have is buy some frozen mashed potatoes,I buy them at Trader Joe's, they come in a bag in little balls, almost. Just pop them in the microwave and they melt together. Then you can add anything to them, veggies, meat, cheese. It's a perfect lunch and it's so easy! And, come on, what kid doesn't like mashed potatoes?? LOL! I know what you're thinking, they probably don't taste that great because they are frozen, but actually they are pretty good! Sometimes my son and I actually eat it together! =)

my son loves sweet potatoes (can buy them in the can) and I mash them up and add mixed vegetables, shredded cheese and a little milk so its not dry and heat it up for about 30 seconds. He LOVES this dish.

My daughter today ate shephards pie (just the mince and mashed potato) I fed her some and she fed herself the rest!

I have a picky eater!! And he got his teeth pretty late so I had to always find things that were easy to eat. Try Campbell's soups.. Chicken Noodle, Vegetable Alphabet, Vegetable Beef. He especially likes the Chicken Noodle kinds because he can pick it up on his own. Spaghetti-O's or anything along those lines, the lasagna ones or ravioli.. he seems to eat those pretty good. He loves putting the O's on his fingers! Graduates makes some little containers of food that are good for lunch, he used to like those. I had to get creative too and found he likes corn dogs!! Especially because he can be independent and eat them on his own. So I got the frozen kind and they are quick and easy for lunch. Macaroni & Cheese works too.

I find lunch to be a difficult meal also... Sometimes we do cheese and crackers, pieces of lunch meat and fruit salad. I don't know if you give your son peanut butter yet but my daughter loves pb crackers.. I hope this helps. good luck

My daughter loves chicken nuggets, and for lunch we sometimes just tear up pieces of lunch meats like turkey or ham and some cheese and let her eat that. I would make her a sandwich but she doesn't really care for bread. We have also done scrambled eggs with cheese and pancakes for lunch well and dinner sometimes too :) Pasta is always a winner at our house as is soup. My daughter loves creamy soups.
