My baby (or rather mommy) is in desperate need of a schedule. I was wondering how much sleep does your 6 month old get every night?

My daughter is usually asleep around 9pm. She nurses in the night ... but I don't know how many times because we co-sleep and I'm not usually totally awake when she eats. She usually gets up between 7-8am. She usually has two naps of about 1-2 hours, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Like Kylie we don't really have a schedule and just follow the eye rubs and yawns.

My baby gets around 10-11 hours of sleep a night (with dream feeds) and can sleep from 2-5 hours during the day. I don't have a schedule, we just go with his tired cues.

My daughter is 6 months old and has been going to bed around 6-6:30pm every night. She sleeps until 6am, then is up for about 2.5 hours and back down for her first nap around 8:30am and sleeps until about 10am. She has a second nap around 12:30-1pm and sleeps until 2-2:30pm. Around 4:30pm if she seems tired I put her in her crib for some quiet time until 5pm, sometimes she falls asleep sometimes she just lays there. Then she gets dinner about 5:15-5:30pm, bath, book, bottle, then bed no later than 6:30pm. And I don't hear from her until morning (about 6am).

Oh and this is not always the way it works out. Somedays, she doesn't want to take one or both of her naps, or she's fussier and wakes up in the middle of the night. I try to take things as they come because for the first few months I was worried about everything. I still worry about how much she eats, sleeps, etc. but I try to tell myself that as long as she's healthy, I just have to go with the flow - she's a baby and things will constantly change. :-)

Emily goes to bed at around 7:30-8pm. We do the same routine every night with bath, books, bottle then bed. She sleeps usually until 6am and then I give her a bottle and she goes back to bed until 8-8:30am. In the daytime, she usually has about 3-31/2 hours of nap sleep. She'll usually do a longer nap in the am and then a shorter one in the pm. She doesn't have a set time everyday for naps but it is generally 2 hours after she wakes up from sleeping. So it always depends on when she wakes up in the morning.

Mine goes to bed at 7pm, and I wake her only enough to feed her at 10pm before I go to bed, and she wakes at 6am. She takes naps from 8am-10am and from 1pm-3:30pm (I can't say it's perfect every day...we try our best). I wake her to feed her at 10pm so I don't have to feed her in the middle of the night. I hope to drop the late feeding soon. Good luck!
