My almost 3 year old daughter is in the process of potty training. She goes potty every time I put her on the toilet but she still gets wet inbetween on occasion. Also, she has yet to go poop on the toilet. What is the best way to get her all the way trained? I have been buying her pull ups. Would it be better to put her in regular underwear?

Yes regular underwear! Pull ups just get treated like nappies, too hard to differentiate for kids.

i started off with the pullups. then very shoryly after ...when they can go poo and pee in the toilet.. ( gotta keep on them about it) you can start buying those cute little underwares my son loves wearing underware...also, you might be able to try letting her walk around the house with nothing..no diper or pull up.. that helps them learn when they have to go potty... they will think before they go.

I tried the pull ups thing for a week and my daughter just treated them like diapers so I went out bought LOTS and LOTS of underpants and the first day we went through about 10 pair the second day about 3 and now we are good.. we have a few accidents every now and then but it was much easier to do the underpants.

it's a personal choice but I never used pull ups with my girls. I thought the pull ups felt too much like a nappy. I bought LOTS of undies. Best and Less here have them for $1 each and I had heaps of hand me down clothes aswell for over the top. Yes they will have accidents but with undies they will feel it.
