I have no idea what to do for my 2 yr. olds 2nd birthday. It is a combination birthday party for him and his 6 year old brother (birthdays are 4years and 1 day apart). Most foods are out because of the severity of the food allergies and the number of them but I could make a hypoallergenic cake! Anyone have some ideas?

Maybe you could have a party with "his" treat food, and his Big Bro could have "his" treat food instead of traditional cakes. I know it sucks to have so much difficulty with food stuff. My boy can't have milk products, greasy, or overly processed foods. Nor can he have fruit juice, or sugar. I usually have his treat food on special occasions instead of traditional treats. Try to make what you can at home, because you know how important it is to be careful.

Hope he has fun, and it all works out well for you!

I hate the egg replacer, I usually sub applesauce. He is allergic to milk, soy, egg, beef, all nuts, and coconut. Makes it hard to trust anyone to make a cake but me. No Chuck E Cheese for his birthday, yeah for me but too bad for him.

Not sure what his allergies are, but I have an egg allergy and I use Egg Replacer from the health food store to make cakes for myself. I also found a bakery who was willing to make my son's 1st cake with the egg replacer instead of eggs. Cost a little more, but we both got to eat it. Because of my food allergy, he was more likely to have one, so I have had to treat him like my self for the past two years now. Hope this helps..
