Our son recently found his first car seat that he had out grown, dragged it out and began sitting in it! He has three different "toddler" chairs to choose from but this seems to be his new favorite! We just took the harness part out and put the over the top carrier handle back to prop it up and voila! Who new !!! I thought it would be stored under his bed until the day he had a sibling!

We received a Fisher Price Infant to Toddler Rocker and LOVE IT!!! She can recline in it or you adjust it to ait up straighter...and you can stabalize it so it doesn't rock or let it rock. I think there are 2 versions one plastic and one more metal...ours is all VERY STRONG plastic and it folds and travels well!

I agree with the bean bag idea...and if its the right size your kid can drag it around too! Audri loves to drag pillows together then flop into them...I am l thinking of getting her a bean bag too.

I got my son an Elmo chair from Meijer for like, $40. He absolutely loves it. You can push a button and Elmo talks to him. It's really cute and really fun.

We got a small corduroy beanbag chair for my son. He loves to throw himself onto it and "flop" -- plus it molds to his shape, so it's very comfy.

We got an Elmo chair at BRU that was pretty cheap, and the little guy loves it! They also had a couple of Dora chairs and non-character ones too.

I just got my daughter one from www.lakeside.com for about $60. It sounds almost like the one from Toys R Us. My daughter loves it, I was afraid I was paying too much, but now I know it was worth it.

I bought a rocker from wal-Mart for about $50 and my kids have used it from birth. The oldest is 5, and she stopped using it when she was about 4 1/2. definitly have gotten my money's worth out of it.
