my son WORSHIPS the show yo gabba gabba. we have all 4 dvds that are out and watch it whenever its on the noggin channel (nick jr). He knows all about his body parts and emotions. shapes, colors, etc. because of this cute (but really weird) show!!! but everytime i mention it to a fellow mom, they've never heard of it! and apparently its been around for a couple years... hmm.. if no one has heard of it, i DO suggest it for your kids. especially for the age of our kids (october 08 babies). THeres always a song about the lesson, big funny looking characters in their costumes dancing around... its a great fun show..

Oh my, my son is a yo gabba gabba addict!! I think all of his christmas toys pertained to yo gabba gabba (even his stocking)! He was asking for it by name by 11 months LOL... and now sings "gabba gabba yoooo" all day long! I dont now what it is about that show but kids just loooove it, and any show that teachs you to "not bite your friends" is okay with me :)

My daughter is also addicted. She does the dances with them, and is always excited when ever she hears the music start. We actually just are introducing her to her own toddler bed, and she happily lets me put her in her bed because we got her Yo Gabba gabba! bedding. Crazy how much she loves that show still, after watching them again and again. I'm loving the new ones, like Boat, Family, Art, Dress Up and Band. :) I have the first season on my iTouch in case we are stuck waiting some where like a restaurant or doctors office. I figure at least they are having fun and learning good things. Personally I think it's way better than a lot of kids shows from the past, like Teli-tubbies and The Wiggles, OMG or Barney! Aaaahhhhh!! Lol

I don't know what we would do without that show. My daughter loves the show we have all the dvd's and of course we dvr the show. We have the toys the stuffed animals she just can't get enough of them. I think the show is great. I have a niece and nephew around the same age and they love that show too. I put the dvd on when the kids come over and they all dance around to the music. I feel the same you do about the positive messages and they do it in a fun way.

my daughter has loved that show wince we first saw it when she wasnt even crawling yet.... if shes crying or throwing a fit all I have to do is put on yo gabba gabba and shes immediately silenced. I used to think it was terrible but now have come to love it. I do all the dancy dances along with the show and when I say "Go Crazy!" she does a crazy dance. Love it! My favorite is when Brobie sings "Theres a party in my tummy"

You are NOT the only one. I was not crazy about the show at first either, but my daughter loves it. The colors and the music are very entertaining. Also try the Backyardigans.

Yo Gabba Gabba is the new age Sesame Street. My daughter LOVES it!!!!!!! My husband and I were not fans at first because it creeped us out, but now we understand why they do the things they do. I think that it is important for everyone to know "Don't bite your friends!"

My son LOVES it. His favorite character is Plex the robot. We bought him some floating spongy character from yo gabba gabba for the bathtub. He loves them too. The show with Jack Black in it was by far the funniest. Also the song "there a Party in my tummy" cracks me up.

Hey there..i have heard of it, but my son doesnt watch it..instead opting for iggle piggle and the characters out of 'in the night garden' It sounds like it has been beneficial to your son though as he is being taught things and thats a great thing!!
