What is the best diaper rash cream? Already tried Desitin with no improvement at all. This is the worst I have ever seen, her poor little bottom is bleeding.

BALMEX! i love it because it is thicker than most diaper creams. it clears a diaper rash almost in 1-2 applications

I LOVE Boudreaux's Butt Paste! I also like Aquaphor. Try letting her go diaper-less for awhile to let some air get to her little bottom. Good luck!

I like to use "Butt Paste". And I let my son run around without a diaper on for awhile to let him air out.

Bubchen, it's a German nappy rash cream. My baby hasn't had much of a nappy rash problem ...I put it on her before bed. If she has a rash, it clears it up very quickly.

Best wishes !

I've used Sudocream for my son and haven't had any problems. But with one of my daughters she used to get bad nappy rash and it ended up being her disposable nappies they had aloe vera in them so I had to stop using wipes with aloe vera to clean her and started touse sorbolene cream and cotton wool to clean at change time and Curash Powder that was the only thing that worked for her, seemed to dry the rash and it healed quicker .

I usually use desitin. Ive also used A&D ointment. If it doesnt clear up i would get some anitfungal cream, it might be a yeast infection. Good luck. :)

We use Sudocream. When our daughter's was quite bad we didn't use wipes, we just used cotton make up remover pads & water. Then the Sudocream. There also was a time that she got a secondary rash because of the rash & we had to use an antifungal cream for 7 days - even if it cleared in 3-4 days you keep using it for the 7 days to make sure the thing is gone.

i have heard that Butt Paste works really good for some kids that have no improvement with other brands, but I use A & D ointment with the Zinc Oxide & have had a lot of success with it

I think Balmex is best but If the diaper rash isn't improving with diaper rash cream it could be a yeast rash and needs an antifungal topical cream instead of the regular diaper rash cream.

paw paw ointment and 'no nappy time' :) Lot's of messes but fresh air cleans it right up. Prolly best not to use soap or anything drying.Good luck - poor little darling :)
