Hi .. my son is 14 month .. he doesnt take bottle so i still breastfeed him ..im concern about his appetite , he doesnt eat much some times he only eats one meal so i asked the dr. he gave me a vitamin . thank God he is active .. loves to play !!but im still concern !! feeding him became "MISSION IMPOSSIBLE " to me !! any ideas please ??

Hi, my daughter is 16 months old and eats very little, her main diet is toast, raisins and cereal, she will eat yoghurts and organic finger foods from boots but not alot else, she eats no veg or meat or hardly any fruit but her weight and height and development are all normal and on target so ?????? Alot of people have told me she wont starve herself so we are just waiting for the day she wants to try something else!! Keep in touch with your health visitor and GP they are there to help you and should be able to help you with any concerns. Remember you are doing everything can and should, sometimes it can feel like you are getting it all wrong, i know, ive felt it, but he should sort himself out. I was recomended Annabel Karmel website, recipes for picky eaters and foods for babies up to teens! It didnt work for us, shes just not interested in food, but i know a few people it has worked wonders for so check it out. Good luck xx
