Help! 7 mo old won't sleep through the night!!!!!

my son has only started sleeping through the night (10-5ish) in the last month or so. I am pretty sure it is because we co-slept and i night nursed, he is in his own bed now, and for the most part sleeps through the night. He eats solids (cereal and some fruit) around 7, bath at 8 then an 8 oz bottle (that I've pumped to be sure he's full) then I rock him until he's asleep around 10-11pm I put him in his bed on his stomach(or he will not stay asleep) then he'll normally sleep until 5ish-I change him, give him a bottle anywhere between 4-8 oz whatever he wants then he goes back to sleep until 9ish. If he does wake up in the night I go and give him his pacifier (which he only takes at night time) that has worked for us so far. We do NOT practice the cry it out method -never even tried didn't need to- I would maybe try sleep pillow(we got ours from wal-mart) they are 2 triangle pieces of foam and you just prop baby with them (we used to use them to keep him on his back and they worked. Maybe try a sleep positioner if he likes to sleep on his side. It might keep him from rolling around. My son still doesn't sleep through the night, but he did last night from 9-5! I think it's because I breastfeed and he has been teething, so he usually wakes up hungry around 3-4 AM. I also feed him his last solid meal late at night, breastfeed him and recently have been adding a bottle of formula. So far it seems to be working.

My 7 month old daughter just started sleeping through the night the beginning of the month. Up until that point she was getting up 2-3 times in the night. What I did was her last bottle before I put her to bed for the night was add enough rice cereal to weight her stomach down to help her sleep longer in the night. She has woken up in the night recently as well. The other thing i do is when I feed her the baby food (fruit or veggies) I add rice cereal to them to help her stomach get fuller. I don't know if this will help you or not, it seems to work for me.

My lil sleeps up to 10 hrs at nite since she was 3 months but recently she got a cold and has been waking up at 2 am and 6 am driving me crazy. The Dr. said she could be teething or just a grow spurt cuz she wakes up hungry and drinks 4 OZ of formula. So what she suggested was to feed her more solids during the day and make her last meal late at nite. So last nite i fed her at 10 PM 6 OZ bottle and put her to bed on her side, she woke up again around 2 i just put the paci on and left the room she went back to sleep then did the same at 6. She didnt wake up till 9 AM. Hopefully it works tonite too. It worked for me so hopefully you have luck. Hang in there!
