I agree with September. I know waking up in the middle of the night can be quite tiring! I have a 17 year old daughter, a 28 month old son and I had a baby last year on October 13, 2008. He passed away when he was only 20 days old and I would give anything to wake up with him every night at 3 or 4 in the morning! I only got to feed him twice :-( Please, dont think I'm being rude - I just wanted you to know there are worst things than waking up at 4 in the morning to feed your little man! Good luck!

what time does he eat dinner? I would increase the dinner and think about taking out the bedtime bottle. From what I have read going to bed on a full tummy can actually hinder proper sleep...although you would think it would help. I would talk to your doctor about it, but for me I decided (at my doctors advice) at 11 months that my daughter was not really hungry but just into the habit of eating at night and I just gave her her pacifier and let her cry a little...a couple nights of that and she usually has no problem sleeping through now. Good luck!!

I would just be sure that he gets plenty to eat at dinner time. As long as he is going to bed with a full belly he should not be waking up to eat. Hang in there! He will not always wake up for a 4am feeding :)
