Veggies, fruit, crackers with hummus on them, cheerios, smoothies, graham crackers, etc etc. My son LOVES smoothies! I take plain yogurt, had a touch of milk and frozen fruit and blend it up. (You could also do "ice cream" with just whole milk and frozen fruit and blend it up.)

My daughter is in love with crackers! She runs around with them all day long! She also loves grapefruit (learned a trick, peel the skin off of it..I hear that's the sour part. So she just gets the "guts" of the grapefruit), blueberries, raisin bread, mine loves apples, but they can't have have to be peeled. She's a pickly little girl but she loves cucumbers, I also make her pasta noodles (whole grain of course:)) and add veggies to them and she eats them like spaghetti with no sauce. Hope this gives you a few ideas!

Cheese cubes, steamed veggies, avocado, fresh fruit such as melon, banana, papaya, grapes, mango, blueberries, lightly toasted bread or bagels, dry cereals, cooked pasta, tofu, rice, scrambled eggs, whole grain crackers, fish...I could go on and on but I think this will give you some ideas to work with. Enjoy :)
