Hey all!

My doctor gave me the ok to start my son on all table food. He is my first child, so I am in need of easy ideas. He hates his veggies...any ideas on how I can disguise them?

when i eat an apple i strap a bib on my baby and let her chew on the core...of course i leave a decent amount of apple on it! she LOVES it! when we eat dinner, i strap her in her high chair and give her a teething buscuit and let her try some of the foods we are eating! carrots, mashed potatos, tiny bites of bread, cheese..etc... just remember tiny bites and a little bit at a time to see if he handles them well..just be prepared for the new poop and grumpy tummy troubles! good luck to you :)

i also find my twins like veggies if they feem them themselved...i dice carrots and cook till soft, and they love avacado which is ready to go. They love good old whole wheat toatst torn up into bits too and blueberries have been a huge hit. good luck!

Hi not sure which veggies youre little guy dislikes but I found that Nate really took to veggies once he was feeding himself. He eats alot of peas, bananas, mashed squash, potato's, steamed baby carrots, and I've been trying to get him into meats/proteins without much luck. I make pancakes with whole wheat flour and give him pieces, omlettes, chicken breast shreaded, tons of cheese, he loves pickles but I limit how many he can eat.



Really I just keep throwing food on his tray until he eats enough.
