won't sleep during the day anymore

i have 3 year old twins that just won't sleep during the day when they use to, which is fine but at about 4- 5pm they fall asleep in the lounge room which makes it very hard to get them to sleep of a night.



Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have the same problem. She wants to go to sleep around 6. I'd like to try waking her up early problem is, is that she doesn't always sleep through the night so a lot of the time she's waking me up in the morning! lol. But I will definitely give that a try.

My daughter is the same way. I used to be able to have her take a good nap around 2pm & now she just wants to stay awake until around 5pm. The only thing i've been trying with her is waking her up a little earlier (which i hate doing) but when she is tired she is taking a nap earlier in the afternoon & then i just keep her up until bedtime. Good luck!
