Morning Sickness and OTHER pregnancy symptoms...

Oh I am almost 8 weeks and all I do is feel nauseous or constipated! I'm nauseous 24/7 it seems! It affects me at work, home & college! I'm on Reglan & B6 but I still can't eat because the smell or look of any foo just turns my stomachs upside down! I have puked several times, and I have rushed to the bathroom several more! I love being pregnant but I hate feeling so sick :(

My 3rd pregnancy is so total different then my other 2 (both girls). I never had any problems eating, only a few headaches. This time, I don't feel like eating at all, but still make myself, constipated and bloated. Tired, with low blood pressure etc. Against the morning sickness, I start eating a tinned fruit like pear while still in bed, wait a few minutes, get up and eat my breakfast within 10 minutes of getting up (otherwise I get sick again) this seems to do the trick for me. At the beginning I also lived on peanuts for a day - provided me with the energy I needed, but caused no problems with my stomache.

against the constipation, I only eat 3 to 5 dried apricots or plenty raisins - that seems to move it.

maybe this one is a boy - fingers crossed....

i started getting symptoms very suddenly... m/s was the first and it has been awful not just in the morning but whenever it decides. i often wake up in the middle of the night feeling like i'm going to hurl! i find i feel better if i have something in my stomach. soar boobs, yes and very tired. i have also been having heaps of headaches

I feel super lucky with my symptoms, I have only mild nausea and only occasionally if I smell something disgusting. Extremely sore nipples. Fatigue, but I also work at an active job 40-50 hrs per week. Shortness of breath when I get physically active. Frequent Urination. I am really enjoying my pregnancy, its my first and I am 10 weeks pregnant

If you have nausea, try atomic fire balls. My OB recommended them to me with my first pregnancy. They work wonders! Thankfully my all day sickness is starting to let up! It's being replaced with constant heart burn though. :( I don't know which is worse!

Preggie pop drops made me sicker...One thing that's helped me is gum...Doesn't matter what flavor...As long as I don't chew it too long, and am able to put it in my mouth as soon as the nausea hits I'm fine. My favorite is 5 Elixir...Yummy berry flavor!! -- And it makes my breath smell good!! LOL

Eek. I've never been through this before, and everyone around me (mostly) hasn't had a baby in so long, they don't remember what its like. I'm only 19, and some of my boyfriends family is not supporting me in my decision to keep the baby. Lucky for me, his aunts, and grandparents are. So is his Dad, so it helps.

As for symptoms, I'm nauseated all day, and nothing seems to help...
My boobs have already grown a cup size, and they hurt like hell, all day, every day.
I've only actually gotten sick a few times, but I am super tired all the time, and take naps ALL the time. They are usually short 5-10 minutes.

I haven't had my first appointment yet, but the doctor thinks I got pregnant around New Years. It would make me closer to 9-10 weeks then the 7 she estimated a week ago. :-\

It also makes me Due late October, right around the same time my Aunt had a baby and he passed away.

I have the worst morning sickness and i am throwing everything up! it sucks. with my previous preg i never had any morning sickness so i am getting pay back now!

I've had some headachs too, more than normal, but I also haven't been adjusted yet, they seemed to be ok when I was getting Chiropractic adjustments (It's a LONG story why I'm not, but soon I'll be back to them). Most of the time Tynol helps with the headaches, I don't like taking them too often though, I had one last for 3 days! I'm scared to take a really hot shower to help my back/neck out a little bit so I just suffered.

Ugh, my morning sickness and bloating have been HORIBLE the last few days!

Anyone else feeling the headachs? I hate them! Nothing helps... stupid increased blood flow! Im 6 weeks now and just don't feel hungry but no sick to my stomach other then first thing in the morning but eating fixes that right up! But I'd take that over these headachs! at least when I was sick after I puked I usually had a little while before I got sick feeling again... my poor son is getting the cold shoulder the last couple days cuz he is just too loud!!! :(

Ok...I think I spoke too soon...Today has to be the worst m/s day EVER!! It feels like a flashback of my 1st pregnancy!! I wondered if this was gonna happen...GRRRRR!!! This kind of m/s leaves me useless...I feel sick to my stomach and like I'm gonna puke at any given moment...It's frustrating since I can't get anything done...Just in writing this post I've been up 5 times, thinking I'll be puking soon...Life is SOOO unfair!!

I get nauseated. Never threw up w/my 1st & haven't yet with this one. Nausea either goes away when I get something on my stomach or I get nauseated after eating. The 1st time, I couldn't cook meat, but haven't had any problems this time around, so far. This time I'm getting heartburn, which I NEVER got with my daughter, who was born with a full head of hair. I'm on bedrest now, but still get really tired, even though I'm not doing much! I also get the headaches & my boobs are sensitive. As far as pickles go, I can only eat Valasic or Claussin; the others turn my stomach :P

Sore boobs is number one but it only happens sometimes like my first pregnancy and then i have no morning sickness yet (knock on wood) but it could still come. Pickles are the stuff OMG im really loving my pickles and spanish olives (green olives) and i cant stop eating i cook all the time and i clear my plate and then look at my husabnd like he better hurry up or else lol. I have a runny nose for no apparent reason im so tired that i make my daughter take two naps with me lol. I hope i dont get acne again my daughter stole my face when i was pregnant(old wives tale girls take your beauty) with her. So maybe its a boy for me this time. My mom says she wasnt sick but was ashy or rather ashen the whole time with my brothers and im the same way now so we shall see. Sex has been amazing for us lol i dont know why but its just so much better and more frequent. Right now im lovin this pregnancy

the other thing I forgot to mention about the morning sickness...I was recently introduced to Preggie Pop Drops. They are an all natural candy (brown rice, cane syrup, etc), variety of flavors (lemon, ginger, green apple, rasberry, etc) and they have been extremely helpful. I pop one in my mouth at the first sign of queasiness and by the time I finish the candy Im good to go:)

Im only 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my second child and Im having morning sickness...I actually started experiencing it at 4 weeks! My breasts also hurt/burn! When I was pregnant with my son I had terrible morning sickness that required medication and it lasted from week 7 until week 14 and then came back in the 3rd trimester! I hope you feel better soon!

well as you know it just happened for the first time today, it was only like 1 minute but it hurt, my chest got really tight and i couldnt control my aim. other things, im feeling small pains in my stomach and wow how my breasts are soar.. lol pickles have become heaven and acne is hell lol

I have had all day sickness that started this past weekend! Also my nipples are sooo sore and I'm exhausted and hungry a lot more. I'm starting to wonder if I could be having twins again because this pregnancy is going exactly like my twin pregnancy so far! The morning sickness has been so bad already!

At first I wasn't that tired...In fact, it felt like I had so much energy I could jump over my apartment complex! Now I feel just doggone exhausted, I can barely keep my head up! It's a fight to stay up and watch the 10 o'clock news, and that's even with a few naps!!! LOL

hey i have been doing the same thing with the morning sickness. i havent thrown up yet but the weirdest things make me queezy. lol melted cheese for example. weird huh lol you are lucky, my boobs hurt almaost all the time. its horrible. i have also had quite a bit of constipation. have you been tired alot cuz i feel like i never sleep.

Interesting comment about sex - i feel the opposite, it hurts! It seems like my whoo-haa has closed for business - its so tight! Not that hubby is complaining, but why the hell does it hurt so much?! Could it be a hormone thing?

I'm only 4 weeks along so I luckily don't have any m/s yet. That came at 12 weeks or so with my first one so i'm hoping I have a good handfull of happy weeks. The only symptom i'm noticing is very tender breasts. I didn't have that with my first. Also, I'm just full of energy and my mood is great which is opposite of how I was with my first and the 2 years following her. This is the best i've felt in a long time!! I can only hope it stays that way :)

I've had the pregnancy snot too...Thought it was just a cold cuz the other members of the house had a cold...Then I remembered my period was late, and my boobs hurt like heck...
I've also noticed that when my SO and I have sex I feel more...Orgasms come quickly!! Yay!! LOL

Pickles are OK, but I normally go for green olives, I'll eat a jar at a time! Also, DH informed me I've been snoring pretty loudly lately, I don't normally snore so it's kinda weird. I guess with all the extra snot I've got it's making me snore like crazy!

OMG Amy, I feel you with the pickles!!! But forget ice cream, which is my favorite!! I can't stand to even be around it...I notice more adversions every day...But there are so many I don't remember them! Raw meat is totally appalling!! I can't make any food which is killing me since I love to cook!

I haven't had any morning sickness but I remember with my little man it took a while before I got sick, but I have good genes my mom didn't get morning sickness for 4/5 pregnancies! lol here is hoping. Im not even feeling nauseous! chicken is unappealing to me and ummm pickles are a gift from god oh so is cheese and chocolate milk! and virgin ceasers lol! other wise im really tired though I do have a 1 year old so it is hard to tell where the tired is coming from haha!

Oh crap! I forgot to mention that I have acne too!!! Geez....See there's the pregnancy forgetfulness too! The first few weeks the acne was HORRIBLE! It seemed like every day I was having a new one pop up. I was so not impressed with that...Never had acne with my first.

I've been sick since I conceived, but this m/s is better than with my son, this comes and goes all day. Mainly triggered by smells and hunger, right now i'm starving, so i'm sick. Boobs hurt but not all the time, mainly in the morning and after work. I'm so unbelieveably thirsty all the time!!! And I have acne, which i never had with my son. So cross your fingers for a girl this time!

hi im 5wks and 1 day today im gettin cramps backache sore boobs tiredness i dont get m/s till im 6-7wks . boobs are on and off and some stabbing pain and some tingly my m/s last till about 10 wks. every pregnancy is different i dont think the sex of the baby has anything to do with what kind of symptoms u get :D

I'm not having any morning sickness yet. The only symptoms I am having is being really tired, moody and very thirsty. My sense of smell has gone up too. My boobs hurt every now and then but I am suprised that I am not having any more symptoms. Maybe I am having a girl this time.

I'm feeling it most of the day, the morning is the worst, I can't eat till noon. Some things set it off in the evening. I've only puked a few times, so I'm glad about that!



I'm tired, VERY tired, I've been having horrible mood swings, increased headakes, sore boobs/nipples, bloating, very gassy, overall the classic prego symptoms. I am so far feeling exactly how I felt with my son.



It's hard to say if it's a boy or girl by those symptoms, I've had a friend who's two pregnancies were exactly the same and had one boy and one girl.
