What worked for me was the syrup in the canned peaches. I would open up a can of them and feed the peaches to my toddler and just sip the syrup slowly..supposedly it still has all of the vitamins from the peaches and the sugar will help you feel a little better. Thankfully, I'm on Zofran too and while it's not perfect, it goes a long way! :)

try toast with thin layer of vegemite - it's got a B vitamin that helps with nausea, and I found it extremely helpful!

I would suggest going with the Zofran! I have tried other natural ways...but i guess the effects vary from mom to mom...lol. But im 15 going on 16 weeks and i wouldnt have made it to this point without the Zofran! As a matter of fact...i still take it to this day! I call it my magic nausea pill...lol(:

hello ,i suffered very bad sickness with my 2 girls and i found ginger biscuits quite good ,also sipping on flavoured water or lemonade was good for me.I felt very sick with my 4 boys and again i could only drink water,or sucking mints helped.This time i havnt felt any sickness,tiredness,breast tenderness,if i hadnt of had a scan at nine weeks i wouldnt believe i was pregnant.Good luck and i hope it passes soon ,i really do sympathise with youx

i have been taking zofran that seems to help and eating like every hour to every 2 hours. i tried compazine it worked awesome but after 2 days i had allergic reaction and had to stop it.

i had morning sickness for a few weeks so bad i felt like i couldnt eat also. i was told to take my time getting up in the mornings, take my prenatal vitamins at night instead of in the morning, eat small meals, and eat saltine crackers to settle my stomach. Also, to take preggie pops but when i went to go get them i learned that they were just sour hard candy and that most sour hard candies, peppermints or ginger can work.

Well the only things that have really help for either of my pregnancies (besides medication) is lots of ginger and peppermint tea, crackers and water on my nightstand for in the morning, that kinda stuff. 1st time around I was sick till month 7 and lost a lot of weight, but this time they told me there is anti nausea meds! I just started taking them this week and while I don't feel 100% it is so much better. I'm 11 weeks along now. The med is called Zofran.

I actually don't have medical yet either but I went to my local Planned Parenthood and they did the pregnancy test and they automatically give you presumptive ellegibility for a month or so. They do see you and give you prenatal vitamins, take your blood and do early screening if you are in the week range. Try looking for a free clinic like that.

I actually havent even been to the dr yet bc of insurance. :( I called the insurance company and they were supposed to issue me a new card weeks ago.... they guy I talked to said it should take another 5-7 days! Should I try going to a dr without my insurance card...? I actually went to md and paid out of pocket to get a pregnancy test from them....

I just wish I could go to the dr already!



Im getting really frusterated bc I havent been able to go to the dr. or to see whats going on with my pregnancy.

have you talked to your dr about Zofran? It works pretty good. I also have tried the preggie drops and they work ok. I am closer to 11 weeks and I have noticed it getting better but not altogether gone. I hope this doesn't stay around the entire 9 months! I also noticed that if I eat small meals even if I dont feel like it, it helps.

Eggs and Peanut Butter are two things that smell sooo bad right now!
