my cousin and his fiance want to have a baby for my husband and i. they are willing to conceive and carry the baby and give birth. i am willing to let them do that for me i am actualy excited. my question is do we have to go through an agency? how would we do it does she just give birth and we sign the birth certificate when the time comes take the baby home? im so confused on how this would work.
