I work full-time and am so frustrated that all the children's yoga is during the day. My 9 year old really wants to do it and I would love to join her, but can't find a studio that offers evening classes.

My ten-year-old (boy) love the Wii yoga program. Once my husband moves the Wii to the living room, I am going to do it with him. It is really good, tried it once. That way the two of you can do it when ever you want.

The Women's Yoga Center offers private baby, toddler, and kid's yoga, not to mention women's yoga and pre and post natal yoga. A private class is a great way to fit yoga into your schedule. Enjoy! http://womensyogacenter.com/
