I work and do everything by myself ! My children have all they need not so much of what they would like but all they need. I want to sometimes do things for myself but I always seem to get the kids something when I am trying to do just for me. Should I feel guilty?

Hi Syrita! You should not feel guilty (although we all do - think it's in our DNA)! When your children grow older, they will remember that you were there for them and all you did. They will remember if their mom was happy or not. Every mom needs to take some time for themselves, so they can feel better and this will ultimately make you a better mom!

Hi Syrita, welcome to our group! And as Kristy said, no, you don't need to feel guilty! Having some time to yourself will help you replenish and give you time to breathe so you can relax. Being a totally stressed out mom isn't good for your kids either!

Absolutly not! Everyone deserves some "Mommy time" every now and again... (Granted I dont recall the last time I had Mommy time....) lol :) If you work hard for your kids either as a stay at home mom or a working outside of the home mom, we all deserve a little something for ourselves, personally I like to get my nails done or take a bath without my little guy trying to take a bath with me :) Lol!!! Dont feel guilty!!
