I don't know what area you are I'm but if guthrie isn't too bad of a drive, try the victorian tea room. Their number is 4052824099. You could possibly do party trays and ask the attendees to pay a certain amount. Just divide the cost by all the guests. We did that for a banquet there.

I am thinking more like a good place to grab lunch or dessert and open gifts. Guests pay their own bill, so something cost friendly. All I have right now is Sara Sara Cupcakes and they may not be able to accomodate the number of guests im inviting.

How about renting an open room like at a hotel or conference space. Or, depending on the weather, you could do something outdoors. What did you have in mind?
