White vs Black

My family is a biracial family and we lived on the East Side of town which is known here in L. Texas as the "bad" side of town. Well because I am a concerned mother and I want my kids to get the best education not saying they were not but not like I wanted. Well i transferred them to a "White" neighborhood school. Now I spank my kids when they do wrong and I ground, and I put in time out depending on the situation I dont spank them but if he forges our signature in his behavioral folder and lies about little things and makes it a big thing then yes a spanking is going to come. Well the school started questioning his spankings and called CPS now they are making is seem like I Beat my kids. Im not but i do make sure they have manners and they have respect. I can go to the store with all my kids and not have one problem they help, i can go to a restaurant and eat in peace and if they finish before we are done they site quietly and wait we are not strict but i will not be looked at like a fool that lets her kids run over them. Now I have always spanked my kids and the "Black" school they knew that they needed a spanking sometimes and never had a problem with it because i didnt abuse them i spanked them so they learned there lesson now that they go to a new "White" school they hear my son say he gets spankings at home when he gets into trouble they call CPS without contacting me first. But prior to all this my son already doesnt like the school, he has gotten written up 5 times in the 1-6weeks and gets a folder pulled everyday and has this thing about telling stories and picking on the other kids and it is just something everyday. So i spank him and they call CPS what do I do and How do i handle this I am so upset, hurt pissed, i feel like they are cutting my feet from under me, I feel they are just picking on him because he is a bi racial kid and at this school in this neighborhood there is not very many Blacks or Mexicans and I dont know what to think.I dont want to make this a racial thing but what is the difference at a Black school then at a White school???? HELP!!!
