What's your biggest challenge at home/work?

For a long time I've had to make due with lack of storage space (NYC, and their lack of closets in apts). Having to be creative with how I was going to find a home for everything was challenging. What does everyone else have issues with?

And even better, if you've managed to find solutions for them, please share!

The amount of paper garbage that flows through. Mail, kids homework, school notices, etc. If I miss a day of two of pitching, it gets overwhelming. I figured at one point that we were receiving as much as 12 sheets of paper from the school alone. 3 kids all school age.

They worked for me! The large bags worked, the small ones, not so much. Once the air is sucked out, they pretty much lay flat, so I would stack them on top of those bins at the top of the closet! It was good for the moment, but don't let me start talking about when I had to get all that stuff out! lol

those vacuum bags really work? always wondered if they did. now that u mention it they might help me with our winter coats (there's so many of us and they take up sooooo much space!!)

When I had small closets, I would install shelves on top above the clothing rod and down below the clothes.

i'd use the top one to store things in those plastic bins or boxes, and the lower shelf to put our shoes. You could also try those hangers that hold several pairs of pants..I personally don't have experience with them. When the seasons change, I use space bags to put all my seasonal clothes. They actually do work and did wonders for our coats. which is pretty much one of the bulkiest items one can have.

Space, clutter - we have so much stuff and so much is used daily - its all got to be accessible.... solution - we're looking for a bigger house, lmao.
