My husbands grandfather passed away when I was pg with my now 18mo daughter but it seems that she talks to his pictures n she hugs n kisses it. Im not worried but I wonder if maybe she sees him, my 5 year old sister n law has said that he talks to her when shes in what was his room. Anybody have this?

My 'talent' started when my Grandmother visited me the night she died (I was 7). It seems that children have much more 'open' or 'uncluttered' minds and so are much more likely to recognise / acknowledge the souls around them. I also think that there is a very special link between Grandparents and Grandchildren so this sort of thing is quite common. I think it is lovely.

Sounds like he's still watching over every one. It's nice to feel that kind of love even after some one has passed.

well its interesting because Ieverybody has dreams about him now and then and sometimes I find myself missing his hour long talks. I guess in part because in the few years i knew him i felt close to him i guess

All the time. It's very common especially with young kids. Just know that great grandpa is there for his family no matter what. :)
